Your Recovery Time Tracker: a 6-page printable for paid members.

Feeling better is the risky part. When capacity comes back, it tends to get spent right away, and the spending quietly rebuilds the load that wore you down.

This tracker keeps three things: the date capacity first comes back, the date you feel most like yourself, and one plain sentence about what you spent it on. Over a few spirals, the dates show you how fast the room fills back up, and what you keep filling it with.

It doesn’t set a deadline. The return tends to get shorter each time, and the dates let you see it happen. It’s basically a spreadsheet with three cells, and you can handle three cells.
