Happy Friday! It has been quite the week. With the time change, my dogs are demanding dinner at 4:00, and I’m ready for bed by 7:30. So, we’re getting into the new rhythm over here. The Halloween decorations are down. Now, fall is my favorite season, so we don’t decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving so I don’t have to give up my fall decor yet. When do you typically change the seasonal decorations in your house? Let me know in the comments.
The Holiday Survival Guide is four days away.
On Tuesday, November 10 at 8:00 PM CST, I’m going live on Substack for a free, hands-on workshop to help you get through the holidays without running on empty. We’ll figure out how much capacity you actually have going in and build a plan that fits it. Then we’ll talk about January, because the crash after the holidays is real.

It’s free for everyone and runs about an hour, and everyone who registers gets the recording. Bring your actual November: the specific dinner, the specific phone call, the specific person. And bring a pen.
Paid members get a little more:
The Holiday Survival Workbook to follow along with during the workshop
The recording in the paid archive, so you can come back to it any time the holidays get loud, this year or next
An invite to a private Q&A right after the workshop, where we can talk through what you’ve got coming up
And if you’ve been wanting to go deeper than one workshop can, stick around at the end. I’ll share what’s next.
Talk soon,

P.S. I’m having way too much fun with these AI music creation things. Last week’s was about the Spiral. Here is The Ashes.

Free posts will always help you name what’s happening to and around you. Paid is where we actually do something about it.
Deep dives inside the Premium Content Library.

A Micro-moments thread. Once a week, we share the smallest thing that felt safe. Answering the phone. Sending the text without rereading it ten times. It sounds tiny, and that’s the point: your brain learns safety through repetition, not size. I’ll be in there with you.
Your questions, answered. Once a month, I’ll take some of what members are carrying and respond during a Live Event.
The tools. Worksheets you can actually use, like the Capacity Ledger and the Crash Audit, yours to keep. E-books, like my expanded When You're Too Numb to Cry. Field Guides for each Spiral terrain.
If you’re already a paid member, thank you. You’re the reason I get to keep doing this.
